California State University Fullerton is a richly diverse and fast growing university that is an integral part of the community. In keeping with the university's integrative ideal, the goal of the new student union building was to connect students to each other, while connecting the building to the campus.

This Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill (SOM) designed building rises 30 levels above the streets of San Francisco and supplies 420,000 square feet of office space.

A prismatic gem in San Diego's downtown East Village, this Carrier Johnson designed structure ascends 16 stories and offers 330,000 square feet of eco-friendly office space. The building earned an LEED NC Gold Certification, and its stunning ingenuity includes views of Petco Park, home of the San Diego Padres.
